Covid-19 Vaccine Information

We know you have questions about the new COVID-19 Vaccines!

Many of you have reached out to us regarding the availability of the recently FDA approved COVID-19 Vaccine.

Garner Internal Medicine is an approved vaccination site.   We currently do not know week to week whether we will receive any vaccine.  SUPPLY is still limited and we cannot vaccinate nearly all of our patients in a timely manner so PLEASE continue to use the resources below to attempt to receive the vaccine.  We encourge ALL patients who are currently eligible to seek vaccination where they can receive it. AS SUPPLY OF VACCINES BECOMES AVAILABLE, GARNER INTERNAL MEDICINE WILL ONLY BE VACCINATING ESTABLISHED PATIENTS.  We unfortunately do not have the staff or space to be a public vaccination site.

Our phones have been VERY busy with answering questions about COVID vaccination in addition to all our our other routine patient questions and scheduling requests. If you would like to be placed on a waitlist  to receive your COVID19 here, are an ESTABLISHED PATIENT, and have not contacted us to be on our waitlist, please return to our website home page and click the button in the red banner labeled COVID19 Vaccine Waitlist.  Please complete one of the two forms found on this page to be immediately added.

For detailed information that is updated daily at a statewide level including information about what vaccination phase the state is in and who is included in the different phases, please go HERE.

Also, after completeing the questionaire, please provide your contact information so that the state will notify you when it is your turn to be vaccinated.

Please continue to seek other vaccination options.
