Hannah Tierney, PA-C

Hannah Tierney, PA-C was born and raised in The Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. She earned her Bachelors of Science from The University of South Carolina Aiken while receiving scholarship to play four years of NCAA Division II volleyball. Hannah spent some time working in exercise rehab and as a personal trainer before beginning her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies in Savannah, Georgia.

Hannah earned her Masters in March of 2021, became a nationally certified Physician Assistant and licensed to practice in North Carolina. She began practicing in Raleigh in Primary Care with a focus in Geriatrics where she remained for 2.5 years before joining the team at Garner Internal Medicine. Hannah strives to create the best, healthiest lives for each of her patients and holds her patient-provider relationships very highly.

In her spare time, Hannah enjoys remaining active with yoga and the outdoors. She also loves to spend time with her friends and family.
